Have you talked to your pediatrician, what does he/she say? How old is your son? I went to a nuerologist to have my daughter diagnosised with adhd. I have had days/nights like you . I would also suggest seeing a nueropsychologist, they r expensive but well worth it. Its possibly your son may have a learning disability on top of adhd.It sounds like your son is really fustrated and does not know how to express himself other than the way he does. Just remember eventhough its difficult try to patient because fighting with each other doesnt help the situation. Good luck and I hope I was of some help.
