SUBJECT: 19 with Shingles
Hey ive just turned 19 and just also got out of hospital...i was in hospital for a week as i had to have key hole surgury on my knee as it was very swollen and was showing signs of celluitis.I was given antiobiotics through iv for 7 days and just got out yesterday. About 3 days ago i noticed a rash form on my back and it was spreading to my front hip. Also i felt really bruised along my groin area and my glands are swollen there too. I went to the docs today but he didnt really explain to me why i have shingles or what they are or if it could be linked to my celluitis? So if anyone out there can put my mind at rest that would be much appreciated.
cheers
cathy
