SUBJECT: how do i stop this madness?
i had a daughter that is 8 yrs old and about a month ago she spent the night with one of her friends. the next day i noticed a hickey on her neck. after much talk it finally came out that they had been touching each other and that her friend had sucked on her neck. i confronted the mother of this child and both of us were at a total loss of what to do. the mom talked to her mom and her said this was all normal behavior. well about a month has passed and i let my daughter have a new friend spend the night with her. they asked to sleep on the floor. so i made a pallet and they were wating t.v. after a bit i walked in to check on them and they moved away from each other rather quickly. after knowing what had been done to my daughter by another friend i pulled my daughter aside and asked if they were touching each other. of course she said no but after some talking it came out in a round about way that they were and im sure that my duaghter is the one that started it. what do i say to the parent of this other child and who can i make my child understand that this is something that little girls just doenst do? someone please help me before i loose my mind!!
