Hey

I am 13yo and this happens too. It is normal. I learned it in class that it can happen for no reason. Someone in my class asked that same question and she said that is is very normal. Don't be ashamed. Sometimes it happens to me in the middle of a class during like math or Language Arts. I am sometimes embaressed but you just got to learn to deal with it.

See ya and Peace Out!!!

And remember, you can be_eni1 (be anyone)
