SUBJECT: Night Wakings: Only wants to be held.
Hello everyone,
My name is Jennifer and I have an eighteen month old named Hollis. He has only slept through the night about forty times since birth, if that many.
I have FINALLY broken him of drinking milk during the night. Now he wakes up and wants to be held. I can not lay him back down unless he is back to sleep. I think I am going to have to let him cry. Any suggestions would be helpful. The past two nights I have a new routine: bath, pajamas, teeth brushed, stories, lullabies, in bed at eight.
