SUBJECT: cry it out =fear of room
I have a 22 months old daughter and after battling since she was born with sleep issues we decided to try the CIO approach. But now we have found we have created a new problem. We have only been doing the CIO for 2 days now but as soon as we mention bed or head towards her bedroom she becomes fearful and upset.
Will this fear subside in time once she becomes used to putting her self to sleep or have we made something that should be a safe comforting place into a monster! ANY HELP WOULD BE GRATEFULLY ACCEPTED.
