My 9 week old just had his 2 month check up and our doc said the same thing about his little red rashy looking dots (usually on check, back, behind ears, cheeks) It looks to me more like what I thought exema or heat rash would look like but doc said cradle cap and to put Cortaid on it 1x/day. I have done nothing so far - it comes and goes and Nate doesn't seem irritated by it.

Doc also said to be wary of not only baby's lotions and shapoo's and laundry detergents, but mine as well. I have quit using fancy body lotions to see if that helps since those areas of his body rub on my arms when I hold him.
