I really need help........my 4.5 year old just started biting other children. He bit yesterday and drew blood. He tried biting 3 others today - may have bitten one of them - and they have asked me to pick him up from school. This scares the hell out of me because i don't know what has triggered this because he doesn't bite. He has been sleeping normally, he isn't sick, and nothing has changed at home and to my knowledge at school. Additionally, he has a slight developmental delay and has trouble communicating....i am very scared. I don't know what to do because we talked about it last night and then this morning with him. He knows better. HELP.
