so do you still need help with your tummy? first of all water is number one diet secret...limit salt and no breads/starches after 4pm....watch the pop intake...

do fast walking...workout tapes that are somewhat aerobic....30 minutes 3xs a week till you are finding it too easy then 4xs a week then 5xs a week....then when that is too easy go to 40 minutes...and so on...

do different ab exercises to have a perfect abs! like start with 25 crunches then 25 full sit ups...then 25 reverse crunches..then 25 crunches to the right side(twisting) and 25 crunches to the left side...then end with 25 bicycle like situps...then stand up and work your side...hold 5 pd weights and lean down to the left then up then lean down to the right and do that for 20 xs...then twist with the weights 15 times then hold weights eye level and twist to the right and punch out like you are a boxer for 15 times then do that on the other side...and finish with touching your feet with weigths in hand to the left foot then up then to the right foot and so on for 20 times....do this rountine 3 to 5xs aweek and you will have awesome abs!! if you want more tips or want to check out my cool site for weightloss/exercise then email me at cosmogirltoo@msn.com...good luck..michele
