Yes, it sounds like your daughter needs a good spanking. It is not uncommon for adolescents to test their parents authority, and your daughter is testing you in a big way. You need to show her that you are still the mom, and she is still the daughter.
Since you have given her several warnings, the next time she misbehaves spank her. After the spanking, let her know that in the future she will get spanked for serious misbehavior. Make sure that you follow through on your threats.
