as simple and mena as it may sound...stop trying...you are putting so much pressure on yourself to do this and that at the right time that your nerves are saying no way...My husband and I played that game...we tried for quite a while...and I mean tried...then I said "to Heck with it" I need a break...I still kept track on the calendar as to when my periods were but if it came to that time and I wasn't in the mood...oh well...sometimes he wasn't either...your mind is on overload and you need a break...especially if you know you have been trying for exactly how long...stop trying for a while...god for bid if you should have sex just cause you feel like it or if you should have sex cause you have to...take a few months off...it will happen...it not you might want to make an appointment to see your Dr. Keep your spirits up that is the hardest part...
