 | Hi Natalie! Thank you so much for your reply, almost anyone that I have talked to has either had, or knows someone who has had a miscarriage, but no one has had any suggestions. I think that time will definitely make it easier to cope, but with it being so fresh, I appreciate being able to talk about it. Because I went through many hours of contractions(from about 8pm to 4am) and then lost the fetus during an internal exam, I have too many physical memories that I can not seem to shake. It was not until the following day after 4pm that they did the D&C, which was a big relief and not even worth worrying about compared to what else had gone on(without pain killers I might add). So Natalie, I am already thinking of when would be the 'right' time to start trying again, and I think maybe in the fall, I am almost 37 so I don't wnat to delay too long. I might have laser eye surgery in the meantime, it had been scheduled earlier this year, but then I got pregnant, so my husband now has great vision, as he took my spot! So I am going to use that as a diversion for now, just so that there is something positive to look forward to. I am finding it very hard to see pregnant women...I was so starting to feel pregnant and get excited about the clothes and big belly! All the best to you, if you would like to reach me I am at lewin72@hotmail.com. |
