i pray that,that you dont,choose this way out.
you have to fight to stay alive,to make it to the other side of that dark tunnel.
your anger,and deep pain,is being directed inward,self hatred its what its called.
i used to feel much like yourself,i wanted to end my pain,with pills or jumping off the brooklyn bridge,but a part of me wanted to live,i still had hope,in all my pain.i got help when one day my pain was directed outward toward my son,and as he held his arm in pain and i looked in his eyes,i saw him ,but i saw me too,and i knew i needed help,i spent many years of therapy,i had to dig my past to know where that pain came from,i had to let it go for me and my son,and those around me,i had to cry and forgive my parents and,it was all worth it,i dont get deeply depressed anymore,and i push negatives out my mind,with positive thinking..if i choose a negative path i only hurt myseft more .its not about blame on the parents but its about breaking the chains of abuse,and self destruction. your not alone,seek therapy,as an out patient,and read alot of self help books. much luck to you,hope u are okay
