could my son have a micropenis?

Hi! My son is 2 1/2 years old. I used to think that my cousin's 2 1/2 year old son had a large penis, but since all of the mother's that I know are going through potty training lately, I've noticed that my son's penis is 1/2 the size of all of the other boy's. My son is a chubby boy and I read the messages about the "button-like" penis, but even when it's out it's small. Is there anything that I can do? What is a micropenis and will he get "bigger" like the other boys eventually? Help!
