I thought since I have been through this I may be able to offer advise that was not available to me. I had sim problems in my early 30's. Felt sick all of the time, eventually effecting my work & enjoyment of life. I fought through this for about six years, until my first child came then it became too much. Like you all test were negative which was extremely frustrating in the end. My world got smaller as I declined on almost every external activity. Finally my Doctor on a hunch put me on an Antidepressant and within a month or two I was back to my orginal self. Sense of humour, eating any foods, proper bowel routines, able to relax, outlook on life, ALL BACK TO NORMAL. It was amazing and my friends did not recognize me. The drugs have little to no side effects other than I sleep a bit more. I WISH I HAD READ SOMETHING ABOUT THIS SIX YEARS PRIOR!!! Maybe this will help you.
