Cigarettes alone usually won't make you puke, but there are a lot of other things that smoking can trigger (This is how I figured out I was pregnant, smoking made me sick to my stomach!) Talk to a doctor, get checked out, and while of course he'll say quit smoking, he'll find out if there's anything more seriously wrong. p.s. you should quit smoking anyway! I've smoked for 6 years and if I could quit I would! | |  | |
