im guessing you dont live with your parents, cuz if you did it would be nearly (if not completely) impossible to hide from them that youve been smoking for 2 years. but if youve been able to hide that for that long you shouldnt have any concerns about trying to hide quitting either.

this worked for me though-try replacing your smoking habit with something else. and whenever you feel the urge to smoke do that thing instead.
