I stopped using all of my acne meds with my first and with this pregnancy -- it just wasn't worth any risk to me. I'm currently using Dermafina (Walgreens) or Luciderm (found it on eBay, same as Dermafina but cheaper). This system is Salicylic Acid-based so I'm not worried about it getting into my system. I've definitely seen an improvement with it and my acne has been worse than ever with this pregnancy.
