I'm in a similar situation. I miscarried March 8, had my period March 28 and then got pregnant. I will be 6 weeks on Tuesday. I lost my last one at 7 weeks.
I was starting to get worried too because my breasts weren't sore yet, but that started yesterday. Today I can already see the difference in their size. I went to get my HCG levels tested last week and it was a bit reassuring. I would suggest you do the same to ease your mind. It's hard to go through the worries of another possible miscarriage, but it helps to be armed with this information. I started spotting last week after my second test and of course freaked out. So, I went 48 hours later to get another test to see that my levels are still going up (I'll find out on Monday). But in the mean time the spotting stopped, the nausea is non-stop and I'm spilling out of my cups...so I guess all is well.
Good luck to you.
