afraid of miscarriage

hi, i am now pregnant and i am very afraid.i have two kids a 6yr old and a 3 yr old. and this is my 7th pregnancy.i have had 4 miscarriages and 1 ectopic.my boyfriend and i really want to have another baby but i am really afraid that i will lose this baby. so far everything seems to be going alright. i have not experience any bleeding so far. i have stop smoking and stop drinking and i am trying to take care of myself better than i did before.the problem that i am having now is i do not feel pregnant. i am experiencing breast tenderness but no morning sickness. i wish i did then atleast i would feel that i am pregnant. help ,i need to know is it normal to feel not pregnant
