SUBJECT: Exercise gave me a three hour deliverey!!!!! or so I believe
Hey just writing to say that I had a ridculous amount of free time when I was pregnant so I exercised alot. Not like Im going to kill myself exercise but I have nothing to do besides this exercise...see I basically live near the north pole with my husband for six months and had no friends or malls ect....he he not that fun but this did help. I walked half an hour a day, did light weights for my arms, squats, wall pushups and other light exercises everyday. Prego yoga twice a week and water aerobics three times a week..My ass looked better at 42 weeks then before I was pregnant....First time I worked out so much in my life...he he. Anyhow...My labour which I was completely scared of only lasted three hours with five minutes of pushing...no episiotomy. My ped was shocked he never saw a first timer pop one out so fast. Mind you the epidural had just kicked in so I wasn't scared to really push that sucker out, but...usually that is supposed to prolonge labour.
My mom was in labour for two days with all four of her kids so I didn't take after her.

Anyway maybe it didn't make a difference but I will never know, and hopefully if I get pregnant again I will have the time to do the same thing again...probley not :)
