Thanks for the advice....I will try to relax a little bit more. I just hate the feeling of these attacks. They really scare me. Sometimes I do feel like I am going to die. I begin to convince myself that there is something physically wrong with me....like I have a heart problem or something is wrong with my brain. But I went to my doctor to make sure I am physically okay and all of the tests came back normal. Which is GREAT but this is whats confusing me the most. Then why do I feel like this?? I was told that your mind is very powerful and could play bad tricks on you. I had a bad night last nite...light headed, dizzy, couldn't catch my breath, nervous, hot/cold feeling and headache. This morning I am a little bit better...but thats because I took a piece of my pill that my doctor prescribed. I just want these feeling to go away!! I want to feel good again....I want to be in control & happy again. Thanks for listening.
