My son is 4 and still showers with me, he used to point and stare at my breasts but now realizes we are there to get clean. As a mother, i never have alone time not even in the bathroom, so out of convenience he just has always just been around when i get dressed or shower. Like i said my son doesnt even pay attention anymore, more worried about me not sharing the water, or telling on his sisters when im in the middle of getting dresses. I read once that at the age of 5 children should stop seeing parents naked but i guess it is up to the individual. Good luck!
