SUBJECT: What does Enriched, fortified and modified mean?
Believe it or not enriched fortified and modified are no good for you. Enriched means that they take out all of the good natural vitamins and decide to put in all of thier artificial vitamins which have no benefit. It plays with your mind. Your mind thinks your full but your body is still hungry that is why you eat and then 2 hours later your hungry again or your sleepy because you body doesnt have the natural vitamins it needs to function. It also tricks your mind because it tastes good. You buy more and more because your not full of it.
