SUBJECT: 14-year-old son's second spanking
A month ago, I received a lot of good advice when I wrote concerning my decision to return to using spanking with my son. He hadn't needed another spanking since that first one until yesterday. I took the advice of those who had suggested returning to my old procedure (that is, lowering Trevor's underpants down to his knees)and I also tried the suggestion of adding a few slaps to his upper thighs as well as soundly spanking his bottom. He was very unhappy about having his underpants taken down so far and I added additional swats because he really did give me an attitude. But when he continued, I decided to add 3 swats at the conclusion with my hairbrush just to send the message that my hand could be replaced with something more unpleasant. It was remarkable the impact of the hairbrush -- his behavior changed immediately after the first spank as he clearly did not like this turn of events. Do you folks think I did the right thing and should the hairbrush remain as part of the equation?
