daughter and friend playing boyfriend/girlfriend

my 7 year old soon to be 8 year old daughter and our neighbors daughter were having a sleep over. i heard them talking quiet so i went to see what they were doing. Well they were under the covers so i pulled them off and saw them lip to lip kissing. with their shirts up. Well naturally inside i was going crazy but i had taken many parent education classes and help run a parent education facility so i knew to stay calm. I took my daughter to another room and started to talk to her with her father present. She was totally ashamed and scared of our reaction. I tld her she was not introuble and would not get yelled at but we need to talk about it. I did yell at her however when she was mumbling as she was speaking to me.Which i probably shouold not have done. Anyway She said they were playing husband and wife and that the other girl sayed they were gonna have sex. When i asked my daughter what sex was to her she sayed two people naked in bed kissing. I had talked to her before about it and told her only what she asked, That sex was something grownups enjoy together and naturally my values man and woman when you are adults that stuff but never went into what actually happens she nevr asked. Any way i getting off my concerns.
I continued to tell her it was not apprpriate to play that way and not to do it again. She did however admit to playing that once before with my other daughter who is a year younger than her.
Okay my thing is she is very mature and i have had talks with them about their bodies and other people touching them how they never allow that and how they should never do it to some one else. So I know she knew she was disobeying. I know they say this is normal but i can't help but feel inside like this is gross. And of course all those questions pop into my head is she attracted to girls, is she being taught this some where else and i have asked her and she says no. I feel like i am trying to convince myself more than anyone else that this is normal because deep down i don't feel it is i guess. is this normal for me to feel like this?
