3 year old/ADHD or not//Please somebody help me

Oh my god, somebody please help me. I cry every night. My 3 year old is getting very bad. He has a short attention span, he intentionally breaks things and throws them. He is intolerable. I cant take him anywhere. When he doesnt get something so little as a napkin, he with throw food around the house and throw himself on the floor. I had a baby 7 months ago, and he is really good with him, and in a split second he will be pulling his hair just to make him cry. The nurses at the doctors office cant even deal with him. What do I do? What do the doctors do? Is ADHD a terrible thing? I need help. I am starting to get really deppressed, and i am really confused. He tears blinds down and will not calm himself. Does anybody have this problem.
