Hey... starving your self is not the key... and if u still eat diner ur body is sucking all the fat and nutrients from that one meal... starving your self also ruins your motabolism... so0o0o0o... your 13 right? i didn't grow out of my baby fat until about 14... but then again i also had a severe eating disorder. any questions e-mail me at babyghettosmurf53@yahoo.com.... toodles
