Hi Carla

I am also overweight, i am 9 weeks pregnant, my family hasn't said anything about my weight yet, AND THEY WILL SOON, I don't know about you, but I have been trying to conceive for 2 years now. I am not going to endanger my baby and go on a diet and exercise program. What i decided to do is not go overboard with eating fattening foods. My dr told me that i should avoid cool drinks and sweet stuff. I am trying to say no and I haven't felt it.

I only feel embarassed to step on the scale in the dr's rooms.
