Hello,

I can not give you a whole lot of advice except maybe drug test him to see if maybe he is doing other kinds of drugs. I am in the same boat you are in and I am at a lost but at least you know you are not alone.

I know exactly what you are going through. I have a daughter Melissa and she is 16, smoking a lot of pot and I find myself just getting mad at her. I angers me so much, tonight she said that she was going out to the movies. I gave her money for the movies and when she came home she was stoned on marijuania. I asked her where is the rest of my money and she spent it all on pot. I got her to give me the rest of her pot and I flushed it down the toilet.

I think what I am really mad about is how I handled it. I was so angry and did not say the nicest things to her. Things have been finacially tough and she go's out and spends $25.00 of my money on pot.

It is almost 2:00 A.M. and I couldn't sleep so thought I would see if I could find anything about teens and drugs online. I found this sight just joined it and you are the first person I spoke to.

I hope everything gets better with your son. I have personal experience on what you are going through.

We have had to deal other issues this year already. She got caught with pot on her at school earlier this year.
