SUBJECT: 8 1/2 year old son, uncontrollable diarreah/constipation/severe stomach bloating
My son has been battling uncontrollable episodes of diarreah & constipation. It goes from one extreme to the other. The doctors keep putting him on laxatives and say he will grow out of it. It has been 7 1/2 years now, and he is still having problems. It is very embarassing for him at school having these massive blow outs, the kids can be crewl to him. I am at my witts end with doctors. Seems to be know resolution to my sons discomfort. His stomach just bloats heavily, I have asked them to refer him back to an allergy specialist, and GI specialist. Now what from here on ?
