I did not feel anything in my tube. I had no symptoms of an ectopic except for the weird period that I had. It came right on time - was very heavy and very long - unusual for me. I called my doctor and they told me to take a pregnancy test. Was positive - I was stunned. didn't think it was possible with the period I just had. They didn't seem too concerned. She did two ultrasounds to rule out ectopic. It never showed up. the scans were clear and we could see a sac forming in the uterus. I now know it was a psuedosac that sometimes happens with ectopics. So I had no clue until it ruptured. sometimes they are undetectable until then. so until a baby is clearly seen in the uterus - be suspicious. If you have weird bleeding or pain in your lower abdomen and then severe pain with dizziness, get to the ER fast. I would have died if I hadn't. Good luck to all of you.
