I know exactly how you feel. I had a miscarriage 12 years ago and then 5 weeks ago I had a ruptured ectopic. I have no children. My pregnancies seem to end in disaster. It's a terrible terrible feeling and you keep going over and over what if i did this or that. It's not your fault. When it is that early, there was most likely chromosomal defects. I know, it doesn't help to know that. You just wanted a normal healthy pregnancy that ended up in a normal healthy baby. Why does this have to happen when girls have babies they don't want all of the time and thousands are aborted so heartlessly. It will take a long time to get over. Getting pregnant again soon will probably help some, but be prepared to worry the whole time. They recommend at least 3 months, to let yourself heal.
It will go slowly and you may not conceive again for a while. Give yourself time to grieve, cry when you want to. It helps to read experiences at miscarriageassociation.org. They describe exactly what you are going through. I hope you are okay and I hope things work out for you. Take care.
