SUBJECT: Recent miscarriage, when can we try again? Need someone to talk to
I have recently gone through a miscarriage and am feeling very guilty. My doctor said that there was nothing that I could have done to prevent it. I was 6 weeks when I lost the baby. How long should we wait before trying again? Is there anything that I should do to try and prevent this from happening again? I really need someone to talk to about this. I feel like it is written across my face and am avoiding seeing or speaking to anyone I know. My husband has been very supportive but he can only understand to a point. Please help.
