SUBJECT: empty gestational sac at 11weeks
I went to the ER today for bleeding and cramping I am suppose to be 11 1/2 weeks pregnant they did a pelvic exam and said my cervix is closed which is a good sign but then when they did u/s is showed an empty gestational sac that only measured at seven weeks. The ER physician told me that this will all eventually pass through my system like a miscarriage and that a D & C was not needed. Should I still have one done to prepare my body for my next pregnancy? I am afraid that all of it will not pass. What should I do?
