After my little ones were sick, I remember them getting in a bad pattern of sleep at night. It usually took a few nights of letting them cry themselves back to sleep for it to get better. As far as her waking up your six year old...can you move him farther away from the babies' room for a few nights? Or put a fan in his room to block the noise. It will be worth the few nights of hearing her cry versus many more nights of dealing with her being up half of the night. Good luck!
