SUBJECT: 9 year old daughter in trouble
looking for advice! my neighbor called me last night and told me my 9 yr. old daughter had forced her 5 yr. daughter to touch her and she said it had happened once before, she was very upset and so was I. my daughter did not deny it, but she was to upset to talk about it, this web site has said it a normal behavior for this age, I don't know what to do. I don't want to put all the blame on my daughter, even though I'm leaning that way becausse she's older, but who's to say the other girl wasn't curious too. also we live in a very close neighborhood with lots of kids, I don't want my daughter to get a bad name because of this one incident. please send any advice to us, we are all very, very upset over this.
