I have a 17 month old son and I'm 4 months into my second pregnancy. We have involved my son to the highest level we feel he can understand at this point. We talk to him about being the "Big Boy" and have gotten him used to not being called the baby before the big day comes. We've also purchased him a doll which he practices on with his own bottle and frequently likes to diaper (although not always the right end) I also try to get him around other young babies os he can get used to me holding them and not feeling left out. Hope this helps!
