I don't have any suggestions, but I wanted to let you know that you are not alone. My daughter is 8 months old and she is also very small. She was born 7 days before her due date and was 5 pds, 12 ounces. I am not sure how much she weighs now, but on her 6 month well baby visit she was 15 pounds. I also get those comments about how small she is. I use to let that bother me, but I decided to enjoy the little angel like she is. She is a very happy baby. She eats solid foods and also she is taking about the same amount of formula as your son. My only concern is that she is trying to pull up and she is having trouble reaching things to leverage herself. She has to first pull up on my leg, then she will move to the couch. I told my daughters Ped. that I was worried about her weight and he told me that she was charting along fine. As long as she is happy and healthy, I decided that I could care less what people say.
