depression and why are men such jerks during pregnancy

I'm 3 months preg and the father or my baby acts like he didn't help me get pregnant that I did it all alone and that he has no responsibilty until the baby is born why do men act like this? Do men not realize it is hard enough being pregnant and being alone just make it harder if only I could get him pregnant and then leave him what I joy that would be and yes I know that sound bad but I am tired of being alone and scared and not knowing what to do and crying all the time and wondering what went wrong I mean on day your planning you wedding and then come I don't love you anymore and now well I can't do anything for you until the baby comes what does that mean. Just because the baby is not here doesn't mean you don't need the love and support of the father and trust me a child know when your alone they can feel it. What I want to know is I understand men get scared but when do they finally come to there senses and grow up. anyone who has some kind of insight on this subject please speak up.
