Twins?

I am 13 weeks pregnant and have been showing since my 7th or 8th weeks. Although this is my 3rd baby and everyone says that I should start showing a little earlier I still have to wonder if there may be twins on the way. I am scheduled to go in for an ultrasound the end of this month, so I guess I will know for sure then, but the anticipation is getting the best of me. If there are any other mothers of twins or those pregnant with twins that can let me know when they started showing or when they found out please drop me a line. Thanks
