SUBJECT: Home from the hospital
My 7 month old daughter came home yesterday after being in the hospital for 3 days with this awful rota virus. It is very scary her doctor said give her pedilite and did not seemed concerned but when the vomiting persisted and her lips looked dry I went to the emergency room and she had to be on IV for 3 days for dehydration. As a first time mom I was unaware of this and it came on so fast and strong. I am now montoring her she looks a lot better still has diareha but is slowing starting to get her appetite back.

My advise to parents out there do not wait until your doctor tells you something is seriously wrong follow your "mom" tuition and better to be safe than sorry.

I am gald to see there is a website out here for all of us. Good luck to all.
