I am a member of my local SPED PAC in my town , and also work in pediatrics as a nurse practitioner. I have to say, that while the Linda Mood Bell Program is impressive at face value, it is over priced and you don't always get what you pay for.

Might I suggest a neuro psych eval and has your son been evaluated for a Non Verbal Learning Disablity ( NLD ) ? I mention this as I noticed in your letter the gap between your son's intelligence and performance testing. Often times with NLD there is a gap between performance IQ and intellectual IQ...A diagnosos of NLD qualifies your son for and IEP.
