Everything I have read indicated that a postive result is almost NEVER false. If you have not had any bleeding (so you probably did not miscarry) I would say you are still pregnant. If you were not at an OBGYN they probably use a very similar test as to the home one. Did you test with first morning urine and the doctor's office use a sample from later in the day? There sample may not have enough of the hormone to show a positive even though yours did. Good luck! I'd see my OBGYN ASAP to confirm your results.
