What does eczema look like?

Could someone tell me what ecczema looks like?

My 10 1/2 month old daugher always seems to have dry spots on her hands. It feels rough. It's not bright red or anything but feels rough to the touch. Today, I noticed that the spots are alittle pink and has travelled a little bit up her arms. She also has what seems to be a bad diaper rash which is also on the back of her leg. Could this be eczema? It doesn't seem to itch or bother her. I usually put pure lanolin on it which seems to help a little bit.
