Since you have only been smoking for 2 years, it should not be as hard to quit as you may think. Quitting "Cold Tukey" may seem something you are not prepared to do, and that is understandable. One appraoch could be to wean yourself off smoking by having 1 less cigarette every few days. You can also get your close friends to help you. If they are really your true close friends, they will respect your decision to quit and help you in any way. If these methods do not work for you, make up your own. After all, only you know what it takes for you to quit.
