HELP....16 and WANTING to be pregnant

I am 16 years old and I want to have a baby. I think I'm ready to take on a commitment like this cuz i'm a very responsible person. BUT the problem is me and my boyfriend have been together for a while and i have told him I wanted to have a baby. We have sex and don't use condoms and he don't pull out, but I'm NOT getting pregnant. There's a big possibility I am right now but I'm not for sure. Is it wrong to WANT this? What should I do?? Should I also not fight just in case I am???
