SUBJECT: Two children verses three, Should we have another?
I am the mother of two healthy children (5 & 1). In my heart I'd love to have another child. I don't feel like our family is complete. But the idea of going through the pregnancy again scares me. I had a miscarrage before I had the five yr. old. Then had two miscarriages before I had the one year old. I was so depressed when I had the third miss. and the only reason I pushed myself to keep trying was because I wanted my child to have a sibling. I just don't know if I could go through it all again. I would have liked to have my children closer in age but it didn't work out that way. But now it seems that this is more than I can handle. The five yr old is in school all day and the one yr old and I have all together. I love it. But in my heart I want another. Do I rock the boat? Can I handle another? Do I wait 3 or 4 years? I'm 35 now and I know that the risks increase as you get older. I have two healthy kids do I want to chance having another? I need help! please!
