Help with feelings toward step-daughter

I have a six year old adopted (by him and his first wife) stepdaughter when visiting she climbs all over her dad won't sit still makes sure she knees him in his private area. Also wants him to rub her stomach and back while lying across him. I feel at six years old she shouldn't be doing this. Am I wrong? How do I go about talking to my husband about this? I dread her coming to visit for this reason.
