SUBJECT: Extreme pains in cervix 33 wks
Hi,

This is my 2nd pregnancy, and with my first, I had a real easy pregnancy. With this one, I'm twice the size I was with my daughter, and I'm having symptoms that I havn't experienced before. The most concerning is when the baby moves, I have extreme pains real low, possibly in my cervix. The nurse that saw me for my last appointment said they were probably round ligament pains, which they aren't because I know what those are, and I have those also. The pains usually happen at night, but lately they have been more frequent at anytime during the day. Sometimes they are followed by a contraction that lasts about 20 seconds or so. Another concern I have is I'm having charlie horse like cramps on the inside of my thighs real high, almost in the joint. Another concern I have is that my upper abdominal muscles are numb on the right side. Also, I haven't had an appetite for the past week. Nothing sounds good, and when I do eat, I can only eat a little bit. Has anyone experienced these problems before? I'm not due to see my doctor for another 3 weeks, and I'm looking for answers now.
